How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Each product page shows an estimated delivery window. Items shipping from US warehouses may arrive faster (5–10 days).

Can I track my order?

Yes! You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it to follow your package in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available on select products — check the product page for details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately at alwaysfestivestore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

How do I return an item?

Email alwaysfestivestore@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We'll guide you through the return process.

Are your products safe for children?

All products meet standard safety requirements. Check individual product descriptions for age recommendations. When in doubt, contact us and we'll help you choose the right item.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping is not currently available, but many of our products arrive beautifully packaged and ready to give.
