This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop at AlwaysFestive (alwaysfestive.shop).

1. Order Processing Time

We typically process orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

During peak holiday seasons, sales, and promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We work hard to get your festive items out as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional partners to ship your order. The available shipping options for your address will be shown at checkout.

Shipping methods may include:

  • Standard shipping
  • Expedited or priority shipping (where available)
  • Carrier-calculated rates (based on weight, destination, and method)

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Order weight and size
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping promotions or discounts will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Shipping Destinations

We primarily ship within the United States. Some products or promotions may be limited to specific regions or addresses. If a shipping option is not available for your address, you will be notified at checkout before payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where shipping is not commercially reasonable or permitted for legal, safety, or logistical reasons.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order is shipped, most packages arrive within the approximate timeframes below (after the processing time):

  • Standard shipping: typically 3–8 business days within the U.S.
  • Expedited options (if available): typically 2–4 business days within the U.S.

Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, high seasonal volume, or events outside our control.

6. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that may include a tracking number or tracking link (where available).

If you do not receive your confirmation or tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at support@alwaysfestive.shop.

7. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • We can reship the order to an updated address once additional shipping charges are paid; or
  • We may, at our discretion, refund the product cost (excluding original shipping), provided the items are received back in acceptable condition.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, tracking shows it in transit, and especially once marked as “Delivered,” the package is considered in the custody and responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Verify that the shipping address was correct on your order.
  • Check with household members, neighbors, leasing offices, or building management.
  • Allow 1–2 business days in case the carrier scans early or misroutes temporarily.

If the package is still not found, contact the carrier to file a claim and then email us at support@alwaysfestive.shop. While we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, we will do our best to help you work through the situation where possible.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and the item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

Email this information to support@alwaysfestive.shop so we can review the situation and work on a replacement, store credit, or other resolution in line with our Refund & Return Policy.

10. Pre-Orders, Backorders, and Split Shipments

From time to time, certain items may be available as pre-orders or may be temporarily backordered. Expected ship dates will be shown on the product page when possible.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order/backorder items, we may:

  • Ship items together once all are available; or
  • Ship available items first and backordered items separately, depending on logistics and cost.

Any special handling will be explained at checkout or in your order confirmation.

11. International Shipping (If/When Available)

If international shipping options are offered at checkout, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country’s authorities. Delays due to customs processing are outside our control.

12. Shipping Fees & Refunds

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable once the order has shipped, unless the shipping issue is a direct result of our error (for example, shipping the wrong item or address different from what you provided).
