Our Goal

We want your holiday shopping experience with AlwaysFestive to feel fun, easy, and low-stress all year long. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right — while keeping things fair and reasonable for everyone.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days have passed, we’re unable to process returns or exchanges.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In their original packaging (including tags, labels, inserts, and accessories)
  • In resellable condition (no damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear)

If an item is returned opened, used, or not in resellable condition, we may decline the return and send the item back to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety, hygiene, and the nature of certain holiday products, the following items are not returnable:

  • Food items or consumables
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Seasonal items purchased on clearance or marked “Final Sale”

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Include the following in your email:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund. We handle these cases with priority and no unnecessary hassle.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival), we will cover the return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
  • If the return is due to preference, sizing, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To keep things fast and accurate during busy holiday seasons, exchanges are handled as a separate transaction:

  1. Request a return for the original item.
  2. Place a new order for the item you want instead.

This keeps inventory accurate and ensures you don’t miss out on limited seasonal stock.

Holiday & Seasonal Considerations

Because AlwaysFestive focuses on seasonal and holiday items, stock can move quickly. If you are considering a different size, color, or design during peak season, we recommend placing a new order as soon as possible to secure the item, then processing your return for the original product.
