Always Festive Refund & Return Policy

Always Festive (alwaysfestive.store) wants your seasonal shopping to feel easy and fair. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you within the terms below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging (tags, labels, inserts, and accessories), and in resellable condition. Items returned used, damaged by the customer, or not in resellable condition may be declined and returned to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Food items and consumables
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Digital products and gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or clearance
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., worn costumes, cosmetics, opened personal items)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact returns@alwaysfestive.store within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description. We’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
  • If the return is due to preference, sizing, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 3–7 business days of approval (your bank may take longer). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Because seasonal stock moves quickly, exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order, so you don’t miss limited items.

Order Cancellations

Orders can often be cancelled before they enter processing. Once processing or supplier fulfillment has begun (sometimes within hours), cancellation may not be possible. Email support@alwaysfestive.store as soon as possible.

Before You File a Chargeback

If you have any issue with an order, please contact us first—we resolve the large majority of issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us delays resolution. Disputes filed in bad faith may be contested with proof of delivery and these policies.

How to Start a Return

Email returns@alwaysfestive.store with your full name, order number, item(s), reason, and photos if damaged or incorrect. We’ll reply with step-by-step instructions.
